I actually found out about Sotsky equipment by seeing an off brand copy of it. I decided to go with the original, and picked up the Bison 2 as well. I have a thing for novel gear that's extremely useful or versatile, and the world of strongman and grip gear is like a kid in a candy store for me.This thing is friggin great, it pairs nicely with a collection of grippers, extensor bands, Twisters and baoding balls. It hits the forearms and wrists in so many areas that just feels fantastic. It gets to those parts that are often neglected by the above mentioned gear, and Improves the overall function and strength of your hands/wrists/forearms/elbows. I can see this building a ton of useful strength for hard jobs and climbing.Very good on the joints, which is something I look for when trying out grip stuff like this, some things can be brutal on your elbows and large knuckle over time. This seems to actually help with that, which was a huge plus. All of this goes for the Bison 2 as well.Downsides would be, I can see the ball parts needing to be greased a bit every so often, not a big deal. Instructions are in russian, but the use is very intuitive once you get the resistance part out of the way. There are videos on YouTube as well, that show use and excercise that are easy enough to follow along with.Shipping takes a long time, but it's from Belarus, so makes sense. It got here remarkably fast considering (about a month). The boxes were beat up, but equipment in great condition. I'm super happy with this and the Bison 2, and look forward to eventually grabbing other Sotsky stuff here as long as Amazon has them. A pretty great find, go for it if you've tried stuff from core prodigy, iron mind and sidewinder.Pricey, but if you take stuff like this seriously and it's a part of your life, it's a good investment.
